Standard Shipping and OEM Parts orders are calculated by total amount ordered. Our shipping & handling prices start at just $6.85 for orders under $50. Click here for complete rate chart. Expedited Shipping is available upon request. This is a residential delivery service, with deliveries Monday through Saturday from 9:00am to 8:00pm.
GENERAL SHIPPING POLICIES
Any items that are oversize** will incur additional freight charges and the whole order will ship Standard Ground (5-10 business days).
Alaska, Canada and Hawaii: All orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada will be charged an additional $50 shipping fee regardless of order value. These orders will be shipped via Fed-Ex or USPS. Any items that are oversize** will incur an additional fees.
International Orders: All orders will be charged an additional $50 shipping fee regardless of order value. These orders will be shipped via USPS. Click here for additional information regarding International Orders.
Shipping Carriers: We ship via UPS Ground, FedEx or US Postal Service in the continental US. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and International orders will have an additional shipping cost applied.
Delivery Time: ALLOW 4-10 BUSINESS DAYS for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders. Also, allow additional shipping time during holidays, as vendor and shipper schedules vary.
Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together whenever possible.
Order Processing: We begin processing orders as soon as they are received. We pull the order, check availability and charge the card accordingly.
Backordered Items: Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option. Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.
Shipping Damage: All parts are thoroughly inspected and packaged to insure good working condition. It is beyond our control after the part is turned over to the freight carrier. The freight carrier received and signed for the part in good condition. Consequently, it is most important to protect your interest by carefully complying with the following instructions:
Please inspect your cartons for any damage (including concealed damage) that might have occured during shipping. Any damage is the responsibility of the freight carrier and should be reported upon receipt of shipment. It is your responsibility to issue a claim and to receive compensation from the freight carrier for any damage done in transit. Note: Damage of this sort is not warranted by the Seller
