We are a small business, but we want to help our customers save money;  therefore we are implemnting FREE SHIPPING on standard size orders over $149.  Our prices are really low, and so we don't have the margin to pay for shipping on oversized packages.  So this offer does NOT include orders considered oversized or orders that require freight. We use UPS, USPS and FedEx Ground for most shipments.  Our UPS and FedEx rates are based on the weight and size of your order. We will ship your products with the quickest and most economical carrier.  You can check your shipping cost at any time during the purchase process by clicking over to your shopping cart. Just click on the button that says "Update Tax and Shipping Estimates".  Most order ship under standard ground with no additional charges; however orders with dimensions greater than 20in (Example: 10L+6W+4H) and/or weighing more than 8 lbs may be considered oversized.  We will contact you if your order exceeds our standard shipping size.

Items such as engine cases, frames, suspension components and body parts for ATV's and utility vehicles will require shipping by US Freight.  Prior to ordering these items, please contact us for a shipping quote.

ALLOW 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders. Also, allow additional shipping time during holidays, as vendor and shipper schedules vary.

Entire orders will be shipped together whenever possible.  Splitting orders may require additional shipping charges.

Most orders contain parts that we do not have in stock. There are over 1 million parts listed in our parts diagrams. We can not stock all of those parts, and no dealer does; however we receive shipments from our manufacturers daily, and in most cases we will receive your parts within 3 to 5 business days. We typically complete your order on the same day we receive the parts. Most orders are shipped FedEx Ground, and you should receive your order within 7 to 10 business days from the date of your order confirmation.

Online orders do not charge your credit card immediately. We verify the availability of the parts ordered prior charging your card. If all ordered parts are available, then the card is charged to continue the order process. All orders are treated as special orders insuring the quickest processing time.

If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail and give you a cancellation option. Backordered items are shipped as they are released. Yamaha does not provide us with ongoing status regarding backorders.   You will be notified WHEN the backordered item is released. Updates are not provided.  You must call to request a status.

All parts are thoroughly inspected and packaged to insure good working condition. It is beyond our control after the part is turned over to the freight carrier. The freight carrier received and signed for the part in good condition. Consequently, it is most important to protect your interest by carefully complying with the following instructions: Please inspect your cartons for any damage (including concealed damage) that might have occurred during shipping. Any damage is the responsibility of the freight carrier and should be reported upon receipt of shipment. It is your responsibility to issue a claim and to receive compensation from the freight carrier for any damage done in transit.

We do not ship Polaris Parts or Accessories outside of the US. Certain parts and accessories can not be shipped.  Those items include certain chemicals and hazardous items.  All batteries are shipped dry.  If you order a battery from our website, you will need to visit your local auto parts store to purchase acid, and you will need to charge your battery for 12 hours prior to using it.
